Q: HOW LONG WILL A PORTRAIT TAKE?
A: Depending on the size you're ordering, the portrait will take roughly 3-5 days for a 9" x 12" - a total of 20-35 hours.
Q: CAN YOU DO 3 PETS OR MORE IN ONE PORTRAIT?
A: Yes I can! The bigger the size the better the detail when creating a portrait with multiple subjects (please see prices & sizes).
Q: CAN YOU USE SEPARATE PHOTOS FOR DOUBLE, TRIPLE ETC PORTRAITS?
A: Yep, no problem! As long as the photos are clear.
Q: IS THERE A FRAMING SERVICE?
A: Yes there is! I use my local professional framer who uses the best materials to frame your portrait.
Q: WHEN WILL YOU NEED THE REST OF THE PAYMENT?
A: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. We do not send out any work without the full payment.
Q: HOW LONG WILL MY PORTRAIT/PRINT LAST?
A: I use Fabriano paper that is acid free and archival, this means that the paper has a life span of 500 years plus, so you will not experience any warping of the paper or any yellowing.
Q: DO YOU SHIP EVERYWHERE?
A: Yes! I can ship anywhere worldwide. Prices are all listed in GBP (£). When paying in a different currency please bear in mind that exchange rates fluctuate on a daily basis and banks and institutions often charge a conversion fee.

Q: DO YOU SHIP EVERYWHERE?
A: Yes! I can ship worldwide. Please be advised that if you are paying in a different currency there may be additional transaction fees and online currency converters should only be used as a guide. Banks and paypal use their own conversion rates which change all of the time.
